Airport Transfers: Arrival and departure transfers in Kathmandu.
Accommodation: Hotel accommodation (typically 3-star hotels in Kathmandu; guesthouses in Tibet and en route)

Transport: Overland travel by bus/coach from Kathmandu via Nepal border (Rasuwagadhi) through Tibet
Permits and Visas: Tibet travel permit, Chinese group visa, as required for the tour schedule
Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Guided sightseeing, usually including Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, and other key temples
Yatra Medical Support: Oxygen cylinders in vehicles for emergency use; basic first aid suppor.

Group Travel: The Chinese visa for Tibet is issued on a group basis—departure dates and entry/exit from Tibet are fixed and not flexible

Physical Fitness: Prepare with regular walking/jogging and cardio exercise at least 2–3 months in advance; trekking at high altitude requires stamina
Medical Check-Up: Undergo a medical examination specifically for high-altitude fitness; carry any prescribed medicines
Travel Documents: Ensure your passport or voter ID is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
Packing: Bring warm and layered clothing, sturdy walking shoes, thermal wear, gloves, and down jackets; carry personal care and hygiene items.
Acclimatization: Arrive in Kathmandu a day early if required for visa processing and to adjust to altitude before the high Himalaya.
Mental Preparation: Prepare for basic accommodation (dorm/shared facilities in Tibet), simple meals, and possible delays due to weather or road conditions.
Permits and Visas: Submit all required documents for Chinese/Tibet visa processing 4–5 working days prior to tour start (Saturdays and Sundays not counted)
